A Workout You'll Actually Look Forward To
Music loud, lights low, energy high. Our fitness floor is where people who hate the gym quietly get fitter than they expected.

Class Formats
Four Ways to Train
Mix and match through the week — instructors scale every movement to the room.
- 01
Dance Cardio
Forty-five minutes of choreographed sweat. You'll be counting beats, not minutes on a treadmill.
- 02
Strength Circuits
Bodyweight and light-load training for legs, core and posture — the base every dancer needs.
- 03
HIIT Intervals
Short, sharp bursts for the days you have thirty minutes and something to burn off.
- 04
Stamina & Flexibility
Conditioning and stretch work so long rehearsals and long days stop feeling long.
What Changes First
Stamina, in about three weeks. Students who were gasping through the first track finish the whole set — and start requesting songs.
Then posture and coordination, which is the dance training sneaking in through the back door. Weight management follows for those who want it.
Mostly, though, people come back for the room: same faces, same slot, no mirrors full of judgement.
- All fitness levels
- Teens & adults
- Morning & evening slots
- No equipment needed
- Group energy
